Tender Heart Healthcare is a CQC-registered home-care provider supporting adults across Nottingham & Nottinghamshire. We help people stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, with as much independence and choice as possible. Whether you need a little help each day or more regular support, our team is here to make everyday life safer, easier and more comfortable.
We believe good care is personal. That means taking the time to understand each person, their routines and their wishes, and shaping our support around them rather than fitting them into a fixed package.
Our approach
Every person we care for is treated with dignity, kindness and respect. We build genuine relationships, listen carefully, and deliver care at each person’s own pace. Our carers are trained, supported and chosen for their compassion as much as their skill, because we know that how care is given matters just as much as what is done. We keep families informed and involved, with consent, so everyone feels reassured and confident in the support their loved one receives.

Our service is led by a Registered Nurse and Registered Manager with over 20 years of experience in the care sector. Her career includes supporting people living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease and other neurological and complex conditions, giving her the knowledge, patience and confidence to deliver truly personalised care.
As a Registered Nurse, she brings clinical expertise in safe practice, safeguarding, medication management and risk assessment. As a qualified teacher, she is passionate about training and supporting our carers, because well-supported staff deliver better care. Her vision is simple: a service where every person feels heard, valued, respected and genuinely cared for.
