What happens next

- We look into it — We investigate fairly and thoroughly, keeping you informed.
- We respond — We aim to provide a full response within [confirm, for example 28 days], explaining what we found and any action we will take.
If you are not satisfied
If you are unhappy with our response, you can ask us to review it. You can also contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, which reviews complaints about adult social care: [confirm contact details]. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) cannot resolve individual complaints but welcomes information about care quality and can be contacted at cqc.org.uk.
